All our products are hand packed with love in our San Diego woodshop.

Orders which include plants will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday to minimize the transit time.

Plants can be delicate, we've carefully packaged and shipped them to avoid damage. However, it may be a rough trip and they may take a week two perk up and get used to their new environment.

We guarantee the plants will live for at least 120 weeks after delivery. There are times when the journey is too much for the plants and they don't make it. In that case, contact support and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
