The ring broke i went online to order another one and I didn’t see an option. I hit “chat” and they sent them right away no questions asked and no charge. It was so quick and easy!

Sadly, I broke the glass when I tried to put the ring on :( my bad tho.
I requested one extra set of o-rings and received two!
When my vase broke they were kind enough to replace it and send new rings at no charge. Very kind and helpful.
So far they seem to be better and stronger
One of the original O-Rings that came with my wall hangers snapped, and I was so pleased to see how easy it was to order replacements - AND only have to pay for shipping! Not only the ease and price, but compared to the original O-Rings from 5 months ago, these are thicker, with grooves and more grip. I'm feeling confident these new O-Rings will not snap on me :)
They have wonderful customer service !!! I broke the glass portion of my planter and e mailed them about it … they immediately replaced it and with free shipping !!! I will purchase gifts from them in the future for sure.
