It was November of 2020 and we'd just spent the last month trying to produce our first run of products from our garages. It turns out home woodshops are great for small projects and Sterrible for manufacturing.
We searched high and low throughout San Diego in the middle of covid and got lucky. The perfect space was located just a mile away in our home neighborhood of Hillcrest.
Just a week and a half later, we had the keys to our new place and our woodshop buildout was underway.
